i've gone from being an ox to being a sniffling wreck with weak arms, sloppy riding and i'm down and out after 6 pints of scrumpy.  i'm a fucking mess.  i can;t even be bothered to use caps lock or sentence structure correctly.  look what pathetic mess i get my self into when i try and ride now.  i'm ill i tell you.  ME or some shit.  i'm off for blood tests next week.  i hope there is a medical reason for being so off my game.
